We have partnered with Australia Post & DHL Express to provide you with the best delivery experience possible. 

Most orders placed before 1pm will be sent the same day, however, there can be unexpected delays, especially in peak periods or after a sale. Please email us if you require your item to be sent immediately and we will do our best.

Otherwise, please allow 24-48 hours to dispatch your order. Our Melbourne warehouse processes orders Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays)

DOMESTIC ORDERS (AUSTRALIA)

All domestic orders are being shipped via Express Post

  • Shipping time: 1 - 3 business days

  • Orders over $200 will have Free Express Shipping. 

Orders under $200 will be charged for shipping depending on total weight. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

LOST, MISPLACED OR STOLEN PARCELS

Once your purchase has been lodged with Australia Post, Lash League is not liable for lost, misplaced or stolen parcels. You can lodge an enquiry into missing parcels with Australia Post.

    Please note Lash League is not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you need more information, please contact your local postal or customs office. If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
